Mark is easy to deal with, there's no crap and superfluous statistics that treat you as a moron - like bar hats that show how many people have viewed the property in the last week and what percentile your property ranks in viewing in the area, a completely useless statistic when not broken down by like properties eg it must be in the top 10% to get a buy. Staff at the agency are also very friendly and helpful

Every now and then you come across a complete professional. We had a valuable property to sell through an estate with multiple beneficiaries and Marks professionalism was first class. He was sensitive to our multiple opinions, communicative and above all patient with us.
