I have worked in Real Estate markets from Rockingham to Karratha and my view is that Real Estate is more about the people than is is about the property. I enjoy understanding the sometimes complex needs and concerns of the people involved in a prospective Real Estate transaction, both Buyers and Sellers and then bringing them together for a successful outcome. A systematic and thorough approach is what I bring to the table along with a no nonsense attitude and a regular communication style that takes many forms. I am an "over 50" but quite "tech savvy" so I regularly use various Social Media to promote the properties I am marketing which means a wider audience for my clients. I am often called in to handle the sale of a property simply because my clients feel comfortable with my advice and confident that I am leading them firmly, but thoughtfully, in the direction they should go. Many times this has been after they have met and spoken to a number of local agents. My experience as a Buyers Agent through 2006/07 has enabled me to possess a thorough understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers and this means I can offer unbiased advice and strongly lead both parties through the process. My wife Mandy is a Property Manager and we often "talk shop" over dinner as we are both are passionate to deliver the very best service to our clients.
