Mark is professional, highly personable and very knowledgeable about the housing market. His expertise saw our house sold within 3 days of being on the market for a fantastic price. He is incredibly thorough, has a large database of serious buyers and has kept us informed every step of the way; from the time he valued our house to now where we are awaiting settlement. We absolutely love Mark and couldn't recommend him enough.
As a purchaser we found Mark Simons to be a very professional agent to work with.He answered all of our questions, made himself available on our request and followed up when required in a timely manner
Mark has been thoroughly professional with his handling of my property sale from day one. He gave us a well researched appraisal of the property and as it turns out his valuation was spot on. Both my partner and I have been more than happy with the level and degree of detail provided by Mark through the entire listing, showing and then sale negotiations for the property. On all key points of the process he was on the ball and didn't relax until we were happy with the deal. Top service Mark, I have no reservations in heartily recommending his services to anyone looking to sell their property

After just selling a house through Mark Simons at Ray White Cranbourne in just 5 days and getting the right price I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. Communication was great , advertising was very informative and of a high standard and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Great work Mark and the team at Ray White Cranbourne for making this so easy.
Mark is truly exceptional. This is the first time we feel at ease dealing with a real estate agent that is not only knowledgeable in the market, but also relatable to our circumstance and personal preference for our first home. He is professional and efficient, and has assisted us in a great deal communicating with the vendor, conveyancer and different parties relating the purchase. Mark is very patience and has gone above and beyond in what I have expected of him. It has been such a great blessing to have Mark helping us in purchasing our first home. Thank you for all the hard work that you have done for us, especially those above and beyond your job description. Congratulation for being an awesome agent again! I am definitely looking forward to a long term relationship with you and RayWhite.
Mark is the best agent we dealt with whilst looking for our new home in Melbourne. He is very knowledgeable and very professional in all his dealings, Mark supported us through the whole process of our purchase and the communication was fantastic. Mark made it his mission to find us “our” home not just any house. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell as our experience with him was definitely enjoyable.
Mark was very professional & communicated very well. I highly recommend him too sell your home.
We found Mark Simons to be an exceptional agent. After our experiences selling houses in the past, we knew this that we had finally met an agent who does what he says he will do. Mark kept us informed every step of the way. He was always available if we needed him. He took the stress out of the whole selling experience. Mark’s knowledge of our area was unsurpassed. He achieved a price that had us doubting we would even get close to that figure. We had 3 offers on our first day and we accepted one of them. We highly recommend Mark Simons to anyone who wants to sell their home, he is a top agent for Ray White Cranbourne.
