Only one recommendation and that is to help purchaser enure all additional clauses of offer are added eg. Building and pest inspection. We highly recommend Mark Simons from Ray White. After having appraisals from other local real estate agents our impression of Mark was a real stand out to the rest. He was very knowledgeable as it was our 1st time selling a property. He was able to answer all our queries and was very quick to respond to calls and emails.

All services was good but i had issues with water meter as I was only told by Ray white just 3 days before our settlement that the water meter on the property is shared meter with next door which is very disappointing to us. Ray white should have disclosed this to us before selling the house now we are kind of stuck. Again disappointed!
