My wife & I spoke to a number of local real estate agents in Mount Waverley about selling our home. We were very impressed with Marks Watkins presentation & after sleeping on our decision for a few days we decided to go ahead with Hockingstuart. Mark & his team clearly mapped out the steps & process of the campaign. We had the photography taken & the campaign began. Two weeks later our house was sold. We were absolutely delighted with the result & the process was painless. We highly recommend Hockingstuart as you agent. You won't be disappointed. Regards, Alex & Cynthia Lahiff

It was indeed a great pleasure to work with Mark and he obtained the best deal possible for my sale. He is a great communicator and provided up to date market information for me to make quick decisions.

Mark provided us with a high quality and professional service in relation to the sale of our property at 1/19 Farquharson Street MOUNT WAVERLEY. He initially provided us with sound information about the market for similar properties and a realistic appraisal of the property. He exceeded our expectations when the property was past in at Auction and then sold at a price far beyond the pass in price within 48 hours. We would have no hesitation in using Mark Watkins and his team at Hocking Stuart Mount Waverley in the future.
