Her advertising was spot on, not excessive, and with good use of Internet advertising, resulting in large numbers of prospective buyers. Communication is an area in which she excelled, with rarely a day during the sale period in which she did not contact us with an update. The negotiating period was short but for her intense; a period in which she demonstrated experience and patience of the Diplomatic Corps. We were very happy with the final agreed sale price and very appreciative of her role in reaching that point. We highly recommend her for her experience, communications and sensitivity.
