Martin can only be described as a marvel, or more embarrassing the energiser bunny, I thought I was keeping up only to find he was 2 steps ahead. Right from the start nothing was an issue. One of my major concerns was a very spoilt dog and how we would manage “Buddy” wanting to be part of the process. “No problems” said Martin, he would come and look after the beast and let the potential buyers look around. It was actually one of the reasons I had Martin as my agent. During my process he never said no to anyone looking through my home, if only during my process to find a new home other agents were so obliging.
