Martin can only be described as a marvel, or more embarrassing the energiser bunny, I thought I was keeping up only to find he was 2 steps ahead. Right from the start nothing was an issue. One of my major concerns was a very spoilt dog and how we would manage “Buddy” wanting to be part of the process. “No problems” said Martin, he would come and look after the beast and let the potential buyers look around. It was actually one of the reasons I had Martin as my agent. During my process he never said no to anyone looking through my home, if only during my process to find a new home other agents were so obliging. He went above and beyond and helped my son and I find another home. We will be forever grateful for his help and expertise in this fast paced housing market. I met with Martin to organise the sale of my mothers home in Barrett Street Glenorchy. We chose Martin to sell the home because over many years he had done many letter drops in the box and kept in contact with the family. Martin had met my late father to discuss real estate a few times and from there Martin kept that connection with the family going. On the day I met with Martin to discuss the sale/advertising Martin told me that he would always get back to me to follow up or respond to a message. He absolutely delivered on this and kept us completely informed through every stage of the sale/settlement process. This was a particularly emotional sale so Martin's support kept us all buoyant and upbeat about the prospects of achieving strong, reasonable offers for the home. The sale price exceeded our expectation and I think this was largely due to Martin's ability to engage with prospective buyers resulting in 9 offers after just one open home & booked visits.
