I have worked with Marty since 2000 when he cleverly matched me to a small house on a beautiful bush block. I had 16 very happy years there. What I thought was extraordinary about this was that he was able to persuade me to look at something that was nothing like what I thought I wanted. He had listened carefully to my needs and wants. However, he had a small trump card up his sleeve, which pulled the deal over the line ... he rang on the morning of the inspection and asked if I could drop my price a little. I agreed, sensing that he had a genuine buyer. It worked and the property was sold within half an hour! (well, the purchasers decided within half an hour). For me this was painless, as there'd only been one inspection. Marty had succeeded in making both parties very happy.
