Matilda was a wonderful real estate agent whom took all of my concerns regarding the property into her own hands with pleasure. She made it such an ease to become the owner of my investment property. Matilda was able to contact me in the best way for myself, and due to business calls all day she went onto massaging me updates on the property. Matilda was always happy to answer all of my many questions regarding the property and market. Being in this industry comes with a lot of knowledge to know and, Matilda was able to provide me knowledge of the market especially regarding investing in the area. Overall, Matilda was a great person to deal with and has been able to provide a professional yet friendly relationship to me.

Very good helper with everything we need

After our house had been on the market for an extended period of time with other agents that we found untrustworthy as we had moved to Perth and it was hard to monitor what was happening with the sale we came across Matilda Van Dycke who went above and beyond doing open homes without our request on her own time we finally got a sale. She exceeded expectations with helping us organise electrical quotes to help bring the house up to code before settlement. She has good communication skills and we have no trouble recommending her services. Thanks again Matilda.

We definitely recommend her

Matilda did a great job helping us to get the house on the market and sold in record time. Easy to deal with and we felt comfortable with her knowledge of the local housing market when suggesting a listing price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matilda to other prospective sellers.

Only Real Estate agent in Kalgoorlie that works her a..... off to make a satisfactory sale. Excellent work and a very thorough and professional real estate agent. Only agent in Kalgoorlie I would recommend to anybody wanting to sell their house or unit. We had 3 successful sales through her after the first agent was unsuccessful.

We have dealt with Matilda twice, firstly as a purchaser, and then again when selling our property a few years later. She has impressed us with her market knowledge, while her advice on pricing is honest and helps to manage expectations. Matilda’s communication was excellent, all queries were answered quickly and we were always kept informed of how things were going. We highly recommend Matilda as an agent!!
