Even though the property had been rented and earlier electrical inspections for this purpose found the fire alarm installation in compliance with the regulations the buyer insisted the installation was non-compliant. Matilda was able to negotiate to have an electrical contactor as an umpire and should it be found in compliance the buyer pays and if found in non-compliance the seller pays. It was found in compliance so the seller paid for the electrical inspection.

The process what extremely smooth, Matilda made everything very easy for someone buying their first house. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any question I asked.
