The property sold quickly but only because I dropped my price substantially. Twice on the phone she seemed to actually laugh at my questions which I found very rude and did not really seem to take an interest in my property. Communication was poor and she forgot to organise a pest inspection which could have resulted in a lost sale, luckily the buyer was ok to wait for it.

Matilda made the whole process easy and stress free. There was clear and constant communication, I knew what was happening every step of the way. And Matilda knows her shit! Highly recommend.

My wife and I found - after looking at many houses and talking to different agents - that most of them talked too much. They yapped away and tried to 'over sell', this was off-putting. However, we found Matilda said enough that was necessary, but did not try to over sell. We have also found that most business people in Kalgoorlie say they will do this and that - but often fail to follow through with promises, or return calls.
