A great experience sold quickly very good I Would use Matt again After the house was sold the corporate did not stop

I met Matt a few years prior to selling our property when he listed the property next door to me, over the years he kept me up to date with goings on in the area via his newsletter. When our property was listed with Matt and Luke their service, communication and attention to detail was second to none and we certainly would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wishing to sell their property.

I parted ways with a previous agent due to his false hopes and promises as well as failure to attend home opens when advertised as well as arriving late to the same and lack of communication. Matt was great from the first approach was realistic in regards to the market and provided a plan to move forward. Both Matt and Luke were in touch both via phone and email weekly, keeping us up to date with all the information we required. Even though we did not get the price we were hoping for due to the market, we had been prepared and informed by Matt and his team.

Matt and Luke were the team that helped us sell our property in Marangaroo during a low in the housing market. They were professional throughout the process, minimised our work by taking a ‘open by appointment’ approach. This meant that we did not get the clutter of curious neighbors with no intention to purchase coming through. In the first week of being on the market we had a interested person book an appointment, negotiation started later that week and within 2 weeks of being on the market we were under offer with sufficient time before settlement to either purchase another house or arrange a rental while we found our next home. To our surprise we found a home we were interested in very quickly, however we found the selling agent had unreasonable expectations on price and was approaching us relentlessly on increasing our offer by over 50k. Matt, at no extre charge, researched the market of our new suburb, providing us with evidence to support a reasonable price. We put this to the agent and esured he knew our position. The Agent advised us that our offer was rejected. We were confident that our offer was reasonable and we would find an alternative home. The following day the agent contacted us and reignited negotiations. All the while, Matt stood in our corner, giving us sound advice and giving us the support we needed to hold our ground. The following week we had our offer accepted! Matt went above the requirements of a selling agent, to support us the whole way through our home transition. After initially meeting Matt during the purchase of our house 18 years ago, when it came time to sell our mother’s house, Matt was our first choice because of his excellent friendly service last time.
