Matt and the team dealt with myself and my family in a very empathetic and professional way and ensure we were kept up to date at all times. It made the whole experience very satisfying and we were able to effectively manage the sale of the property.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Matt and Luke for the exceptional professionalism they displayed when selling our property in Marangaroo. From the day I met Matt when we were obtaining an appraisal of our property, to the settlement of the property, Matt and Luke have been very professional, honest and reliable with the sales process. In particular, the communication that we received at every process of the sale was outstanding. Whether it was through the use of the latest technology or standard phone calls, Matt and Luke kept us up to date immediately after every home open and consistently followed up with communication about potential buyers. Matt and Luke were extremely easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble in order to get a question answered. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and I can honestly say that Matt and Luke are the most professional team I have worked with. I highly recommend Matt, Luke and Shelley of Team Condit/Guelfi.

Matt condit goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly with his professional and quality real estate services. From purchasing and finance to settlement and hand over, he's with you every step of the way! Thank you matt condit!

Matt was always prompt & professional, he has a great deal of knowledge of the area that we sold in and we wouldn't hesitate using him and his team again. We were very happy with the quick sale of our property and would recommend Matt to anyone selling in and around the area of, Marangaroo. Regards, Brendan & Tammie.

I can’t recommend Matt and his team enough. Over the years Matt has been consistent in my local area of the happenings with in the market and for that I’m grateful. I signed with Granger Clark Professionals Ballajura to sell my home. I received updates continuously on my home whilst on sale and with that had phone calls or emails on queries, home appointments etc. Matt knows all in his field and for that, is why my home sold within a relatively quick time frame, a lot quicker then I expected. No question was a inconvenience and when all this is new he definitely never made me feel I was being a hindrance. I sold my home for the price I was happy with in these unusual times of Covid and can’t recommend him and his team enough. Thank you again

We decided to have Matt to sell our home only then did we discover we had a whole team working for us. Along with Matt, Luke and Shelley were professional, friendly, always keeping us up to date each step of the process. We listed our home just as Corona virus hit which added a level of uncertainty for us as our plan was to go travelling. Matt patiently helped us through the decision whether to sell or stay. At first, we were not sure about not having home opens but then realised that showing by appointment meant it was only serious buyers coming to view. Only three buyers came through and we were quickly under offer with Matt successfully negotiating for us. We happily recommend Matt, Luke and Shelley. Thank you for all your hard work on our behalf.

Hello We recently used Matt Condit and his Team to sell a block of land that we had subdivided. Straight from the beginning Matt was honest and transparent and he did not try to promise anything he couldn't deliver. Matt was always contactable and the level of communication from him and his Team was the best I have ever received in all of our real estate deals and this is something I constantly thanked Matt and his Team for, We were always kept up to speed on what was happening with offers etc and this is where they were so much better than other Agents we have used. Matt also did several in depth searches on properties that we were interested in buying and this was never a problem for him to do. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and his Team for your real estate needs and I will definitely be using them on our next real estate deal. Thanks again Matt and the Team on a great service you provided for us. All the Best, Vince and Tash Clarke

We found Matt highly knowledgeable of Marangaroo area and communication of team is second to none. We would get phone call or text message with updates as we went along. After each inspection and also regular updates on how marketing was tracking. We were never left wondering what is happening.

Matt and Luke sold our home within 4 weeks. All went smoothly despite a hard time during covid19.

We just sold our house with Matt and Luke and were really pleased with the interaction we had with their team, we sold, had a fallout from COVID-19 and sold again, the guys were in constant contact throughout and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend
