We were selling our home in a falling market. The house was in need of maintenance, and did not really suit the likely market segments which would have been the obvious buyers. Despite this, Matt worked consistently over more than 6 months to secure a buyer. The sale price was at the lower end of our target range (and in hindsight maybe the appraisal could have been interrogated more to highlight likely challenges), but was still acceptable. We are now happily settled in a bigger and better home, and appreciate Matt's hard work.
Matt Condit and Luke Guelfi were both amazingly professional when my wife and I recently purchased a house from them.
