Matt was easy to deal with, very helpful, guiding us through what can be a very stressful time. He worked for US, he has excellent negotiation skills which got us closer to the price we were after. He kept us in the loop every step of the way and was always available to answer our queries. He certainly has the magic 'touch'.

I met Matt a few years prior to selling our property when he listed the property next door to me, over the years he kept me up to date with goings on in the area via his newsletter.
