From the first contact with Matt though to the sale, Matt maintained a professional standard, he constantly kept us informed post open houses and was accepting of our views in regards to the sale price. He was extremely obliging in regards to the vendor gaining the best possible sale outcome.

I first contacted Matt as I wasn't happy with my current property managers. He took it upon himself to go and see the property and give me honest feedback before I had even decided to sell. When I did, the previous property manager had given me an overinflated estimate. When they informed me they had an offer, it was bang on Matt's estimate. Up until this point, Matt had helped me out entirely without a contract or promise of a commission and was genuinely happy to see me accomplish my goal of selling. In the end however, the previous property manager wasn't able to get the sale across the line so I had the opportunity to return to Matt. He managed to contact the same buyer and get the sale across the line within a day. After all the extra work Matt did for me, I'm happy he was the agent who received the commission. He also did so without charging me any advertising or other fees since there was already a buyer mentioned. It's rare to find someone you can trust in the property game but now I have, I wouldn't hesitate to go direct to Matt for any future sales or sales advice.
Matt has now sold two homes for us. Matt displayed a real desire to do whatever it took to try and help us reach our goals through the sales. He has a wealth of knowledge through his years in the profession and could answer all questions and concern up front. Matt’s approachability and honesty were what we enjoyed and why we will continue to use him in the future.
