The experience was good, matt always communicated to me every step of the way.

Matt was upfront with myself and my wife from the beginning, which is what I liked. He explained the whole process to me from marketing to commission, he went through our home went away and came back with a figure of what our home was worth. He gave us examples of previously sold properties in the area and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear.I liked his marketing strategy being mainly digital not newspaper as we had already spent a large some of money with a previous agent with no result. We had a contract in just under 2 weeks, which was a great result. I would definitely recommend matt to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property.
