I had a contract within two weeks of the property going to market. Regrettably it fell over, however, I was presented with another contract the following day which proved successful! Gives agents their bad reputation. Lies and misleading with the entire process. Unethicsl callus calculated greedy man. Funny how my reviews keep disappearing. How could this man be rated as a 5 star. It’s all staged fake reviews obviously cause mine disappear pretty quick. Fake and couldn’t care less who he destroys. Dodgy that’s about as nice as I can say on here.

I didn't initially expect to be ready to buy the property but Matt and team kept me engaged in a friendly way and as it turns out that played out well for them and the seller because I ended up being the buyer.
