Couldn't recommend Matt and his team anymore. They hold a very high standard of professionalism and cater for all your needs from start to finish. Gives agents their bad reputation. Lies and misleading with the entire process. Unethicsl callus calculated greedy man. Funny how my reviews keep disappearing. How could this man be rated as a 5 star. It’s all staged fake reviews obviously cause mine disappear pretty quick. Fake and couldn’t care less who he destroys. Dodgy that’s about as nice as I can say on here.
Matt presented the property in an attractive way and as soon as I walked in, he and his team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being annoying. I didn't initially expect to be ready to buy the property but Matt and team kept me engaged in a friendly way and as it turns out that played out well for them and the seller because I ended up being the buyer. He worked with the seller and me to negotiate an agreeable price and conditions for the purchase and then he and his team worked very effectively to help get all the small stuff sorted out and across the line. After the deal was done, Matt and the team were on the phone with me regularly to make various arrangements and agree small details so that I could move into my new home feeling great about my purchase and with everything ready to go.
