Our house is a very unique design and also very large. Dual living with effectively one house on top of another. It appealed to a very limited and specific customer type. Matt and his team held multiple open homes at different times during the week and on the weekend. They also searched their database for potential buyers. We were constantly kept up to date and didn't need to chase up or question what was happening. So many agents contacted us and promised the world, but did not instill any confidence in us.
