I have watched Matt successfully sell properties in my estate for many years, going to open house days, approaching him on numerous occasions with questions and opinions while keeping an eye on the local market sales for the day we would need to sell. Even though I was not a client in those years, he treated me with utmost professionalism and courtesy with advice. Two years ago, hearing I was unwell, he even sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers.
