I have watched Matt successfully sell properties in my estate for many years, going to open house days, approaching him on numerous occasions with questions and opinions while keeping an eye on the local market sales for the day we would need to sell. Even though I was not a client in those years, he treated me with utmost professionalism and courtesy with advice. Two years ago, hearing I was unwell, he even sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers. He genuinely cares about people and goes more than the extra mile to take them through each step taking the stress out of a what can be a difficult process especially for us older people. When the time eventually came to sell, I was still unsure about doing it and tentatively reached out to Matt. After discussion, we signed with him the next day, building inspector 2 days later, photographer sent by Matt 2 days after that and the house was on the market that same day. Open house was 2 days later and sold that day (1 wk after that initial call to him). His knowledge of when to sell was spot on, he handled everything for me in a professional but personal manner. He was available by phone with the many things I needed help or advice with even after the contract went unconditional. Matt gives 100% not only to professionally selling your property for the best price and conditions but to his commitment to his client right through the process until settlement. I needed support more than most and he was there without hesitation. I can't recommend Matt enough not only for his unbelievable knowledge of our area and market, his advice in things to do to present the home at it's best, his actual marketing strategy, and take all the stress and worry off my hands. In a word, Matt treats his clients like family and does his best to guide at every step. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Ultimately we got the best possible price for our home as well.
