Pleasant to deal with, good communicator.

Matt made the process of buying my unit very easy, always available and able to give sound advice on dealing with Body Corporate processes. Would recommend Matt as a professional and would be happy to work again in the future.

Wouldn't recommend another agent over Matt!

I first started discussing selling with Matt a while before I listed my property. His local knowledge, his tenacity to continue to market the property despite a setback of a crashed contract and his attention to detail have been unmatched in my selling experience both in Qld and NSW. Matt did all the legwork, as I am based in another state. He proactively liaised with Rental Property Management as well as built a good rapport with the tenant whilst the property was being marketed and shown to prospective buyers. He gave honest feedback about market value, and was realistic in appraising the property for sale. Once a contract was firmed, he was the first on the phone with any minor detail that needed attention and I am confident that he equally took care of the buyer in a similar way. Without a doubt I'd recommend Matt for handling any sale in the Townsville area.
