Matt was helpful through all stages of the Sales process. He had a good knowledge of the market and understood my requirements throughout. He advised me realistically about price range and the type of buyers that the property might attract. He kept me informed about the marketing of the property and when inspections would occur. If I had a query or problem, he would address it immediately and he kept me updated at every stage. Matt has a genuine and professional approach.
