I was a little unsure of who to use, whether to go with a big agency with a lot of properties and history, but got a good sense from talking to Matt that he would be committed and do a good job for us. In the end I was delighted we did. He was really proactive in his communication, always keeping us informed. He was thoughtful, both for us and our tenants, which showed me his professionalism. He negotiated what we felt was a good price, and really seemed for working for us, rather than chasing his commission.

When you choose an Agent to sell your property, no matter what they say & tell you at your first meeting, the proof will always be in how they tackle the job of marketing & selling your property. We were selling a Unit which is not easy with a lot of units on the market, but within 3 weeks of our first open house, we had a contract. We did have to drop our price to meet the market, but not a huge amount. Matt Phillips was always in contact after open houses & subsequent follow ups of the people at the open houses. Communication all the way through to settlement was excellent. After our experience, we would definitely recommend Matt.
