When you choose an Agent to sell your property, no matter what they say & tell you at your first meeting, the proof will always be in how they tackle the job of marketing & selling your property. We were selling a Unit which is not easy with a lot of units on the market, but within 3 weeks of our first open house, we had a contract. We did have to drop our price to meet the market, but not a huge amount. Matt Phillips was always in contact after open houses & subsequent follow ups of the people at the open houses.
