The only down side that we were disappointed in was the fact that at times we felt that we were the middle party between the two agents . We were happy that Matt enlisted the help of another agent but the communication between the two was poor and we felt like we filled in the gaps too much. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt again and just felt that our feedback could be helpful for the future.
Matt and Amanda were both very professional and our house was under contract for more than the asking price, within the week that it went on the Internet and our first open inspection.
