So I decided to contact him when it was time to sell my house. I was very pleased with his attitude and no bull**** approach to the sale. Matt was not there to blow wind up my backside or mislead any potential buyers, he just calls it how it is. Pretty rare this day in age. He was prompt, reliable and when he said he would get back to me, he always did. Such a breath of fresh air from my past dealings real estate agents. To top it off, I also received a much higher sale price than expected.
