We are extremely pleased with the service and result Matt and his team achieved for my property. His market knowledge was key as we had a lot of competition on the market when we were selling and with his guidance and recommendations we accepted a fantastic price for our property. We have no hesitation in using Matt again now and in the future.

We found Matthew extremely professional. We were regularly kept up to date during the sale process & he was always available if we needed to contact him. In our case we had a deadline for the sale & he delivered. Would highly recommend his services.

Matthew and his team provided us with the most professional and informative campaign we could have asked for. HIs knowledge of market trends and climate guided us in making an informed decision as to the best possible way to present our property. We would highly recommend him to any potential clients.

Matt provides a very level of service and support. He exceeded my expectations through out the sale process and through to settlement. He maintained contact and communication throughout the process and after settlement was completed. He and members of his team have stayed in touch to see how we are settling in. Matt and the team provided excellent service in purchasing our new home. Besides knowledge of the market, they provided friendly and ongoing communication and were a fair arbiter that made it easy for us to go through this process. Matt Callaghan is an absolute professional. Matt and his team made the process of selling our family home of many years as seamless and as painless as possible and ultimately on auction day we got a fantastic result because of the hard work Matt put in. During the 5 week auction campaign Matt kept us fully informed and gave the sale of our home his full attention - he often phoned after hours to ensure we were kept up to date and even turned up at the twilight photo shoot to make sure the photographer got the best shots possible. I cannot recommend Matt Callaghan and his team more highly.

Matt was encouraging, enthusiastic and friendly from the moment he stepped into our home. He was always available to us, approachable and easy to communicate with. Matt has a great knowledge of the market and provided valuable advice and feedback throughout the process. His professionalism went above and beyond. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and Brett as agents, or work with them again in the future.
