From the start of the process, Matthew aligned our expectations after careful and conservative consideration, ignoring any opportunity to tell us what he thought we would want to hear - his only concern was that we enter the process as informed and prepared as we possibly could be. He provided us with frequent and informative updates in regards to the interest in our property (which included price guides, number of interested parties and feedback to our property). We felt so at ease during the two and a half weeks our property was on the market, even right up until auction.
