Matthew was great in selling Gillham ave to us he made sure he stayed in contact up until we made an offer and kept us in the loop with what was going on I'm not a big fan of agents who don't hassle people as sometimes you need that push to get you going . If Matthew left us to our own devices we may not have put an offer in so quickly
