In saying this, we did our own research and met with other agents before deciding to use Matthew. Not only was Matthew cost competitive, he came across as very genuine and trustworthy. We felt that he didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear, rather he was on our team and would do the best job he could to market our property, find the buyers and secure the best possible price. One of the highlights of the process was the marketing of the property. In addition to the photos, Matthew shot a video tour of our property which not only provided a great overview of the home, but of the suburb and the lifestyle that the future owner would get to enjoy. I honestly believe this video helped to get prospective buyers through the door. The 4-week campaign went exceptionally well with our first opening getting 30+ people through the door. The property was priced well, and Matthew and his team put in a lot of discretionary effort to vet the buyers to ensure we got the right people to the auction. The auction process was very nerve racking (they always are), but we felt very supported. In the end, we got the price we wanted, even though there were lots of apartments on the market and there was a lot of uncertainly due to COVID. I honestly believe, we got the price due to the agent and team we had representing us. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew and will use him again for future property sales.
