Working with Matt and his team to sell our home was a great experience. The team really communicated well and did an amazing job in assisting us to get our home ready for sale. Communication is key to any good result 10/10 The process was smooth, efficient, professional, and informative. We hope we get the opportunity to work together again.
Exceptional experience with Matthew, very straight forward, honest and just generally great at communicating right throughout the sale.
Professional in conduct and works hard on the market. Digs deep to gain insight into interest levels and translating that into an effective campaign that gets results. Sold a property that has limitations (like almost all do) but nothing's too hard for Matt, Bianca and the wonderful team. Open communication throughout, with the right aptitude, approach and advice all the way. Couldn't have asked for better. I knew my home was in safe hands.
Matthew's detailed knowledge of the local market helped us to present the property and set a price that would attract buyers. It worked. We accepted an offer above our expectations. Throughout the process Matthew provided regular detailed feedback, offered sound advice and listened and acted upon our concerns. He has an excellent team of people around him who were always available and responsive to our needs.
No vague nor extravagant promises just real suggestions . Suggestions were correct. A pleasure to deal with on all levels. Fiona
Matt's approach was very professional and no pressures which making it more pleasant to deal with.
Matt and team were responsive and informative throughout the process. Honest and managed expectations.
Selling a city apartment in early 2021 was not a great time. Despite this, Matthew worked hard to bring good numbers of potential buyers through and didn’t sugar coat when things weren’t looking great. He got the sale through for a price we were happy with and I would use him again in a heartbeat.
Matthew and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their professional advice was accurate and invaluable and my property sold at auction for well over the reserve. I highly recommend Matthew Carvahlo.
Matthew is excellent on market knowledge, communication and professionalism.
Matthew and his team have been consistently attentive, efficient and professional throughout the sales process, beginning with the considerable preparation of the home, staging and marketing. The team were always available and communication was straight forward throughout the campaign. I would recommend Matthew and the team to anybody looking to sell in the area.
This is the third time that we have used Matthew Carvalho to sell our family home, and I would not use anyone else. Matthew is an absolute professional, an incredible communicator, great salesman, and most importantly a really nice guy. Matthew always has an incredible team worming with him, where nothing is ever too hard. Matthew and his team completely renovated our house prior to sale, and project managed the whole process. The trades that he has working for him are well priced and work to a high quality under a strict timeframes. Most importantly there is no stress. Matthew keeps you constantly updated on the viewings, inquiries, and price guides. Highly recommended.
