We have sold numerous properties over the past 30 years and I can honesty say we have never found a more genuine, sincere & trusted agent then Matthew, not only is he the absolute best of the best but he is someone you have the utmost trust in during the stressful process of selling knowing he has your best interests at the forefront of every decision thats made, Matts knowledge and communication kept us ahead of the curve which made us feel very much in control & very confident of a great sales result which we not only achieved but was beyond our expectations. We cannot recommended Matthew any more highly and I know with absolute confidence you wont find a better agent then Matthew.

We live outside of Australia, and it was wonderful to have Matthew at the helm, he made the process of selling our apartment from afar easier than we initially expected. He kept constant communication going and even reached out with personal contact, taking us step by step through this Sale.

We first met Matthew about two years ago selling a neighbours home and we were impressed with his market understanding.Since then he has maintained contact keeping us abreast of the market moves. We selected Matthew after meeting the other local agents. We were confident in how he communicated the value of our property, it's attributes and the type of buyer we could expect. The support team were very professional, accommodating and interested in our sale. The photos were excellent as was the very impressive video produced for us. We were in agreement withs Matthews price expectations and we're delighted to accept an offer 5% above the upper price expectation after 5 days on the difficult Covid lockdown market.

Very professional. Was committed to getting us the best selling price. Wonderful.

Matthew Carvalho and Bryar Isgro are the A-team. From the outset, they were knowledgeable, confident and crystal clear in their communications. Their service and follow up through the sale process was faultless and punctual. They also delivered a great result, the top end of what we'd hoped for. We sold on the eve of a lockdown and were it not for their quick thinking, I'm pretty sure we would have faced delays and disappointment. I cannot recommend beginning Matt and his team highly enough. Best in the business.

Matt and his team recently sold my property. From the beginning Matt and his team were very professional. They were always available to answer my query's, calling or emailing back promptly. At the business end of the campaign they worked very hard and obtained an excellent result. I highly recommend them and would most certainly use them again for purchase or sale

We approached Matthew and his team at Ray White Erskineville to help sell our not-so-straightforward property knowing that the agent we signed was going to have to work very hard to help buyers see the potential. Matt and his team worked every lead and answered every question buyers had throughout the entire campaign to get the competition we needed to all turn up on Auction day. On a cold, windy Saturday morning his team helped us get above our reserve and set a new building record price. We can't wait to spend the proceeds of such a successful campaign on our new family home!

Going to auction can be a nervous time for sellers, but Matt Carvalho made it so simple and easy. His professional advice and ideas about how best to present and market our property were honest, accurate and realistic. He delivered on-time, did what he said he'd do and proactively followed-up, keeping us informed all the way through the process. Matt did an excellent job and totally exceeded our expectations.

Matthew delivered a flawless end-to-end sales process using his in-depth understanding of Glebe combined with a comprehensive understanding of real estate.

We engaged Matt both in 2020 to sell an investment unit and again in 2021 to sell our home. Both times we were impressed with Matt’s approach to the sales campaign. He is really hands on, keeps you updated at all times and sets realistic expectations. We were happy to have Matt represent us and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Matthew was very helpful throughout the entire process. I can highly recommend Matthew

As a Vendor Advocate, we help homeowners choose the best real estate agent to sell their home. We extensively interviewed 3 local agents and chose Matthew due to his expert market knowledge, engaging personality and number of outstanding sales recently achieved in the local area. Matthew was professional in all his dealings and kept in constant communication so our client felt in complete control during the entire process. Working together with Matthew and his team we were able to market the home in such a way that attracted a large numbers of buyers and secured an outstanding sale price prior to auction that exceeded everyone's expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matthew Carvalho to anyone thinking of selling in this area.
