Having sold a few properties, Matthew is by far the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. An excellent communicator who was always there to update, share opinions, sound out ideas and remain realistic in the current market. Plus we could have a laugh as well! We could not recommend Matt and his team highly enough.
Matt and his team were refreshingly professional and helpful. Always punctual and kept us informed continuously. We got a great result. We would throughly recommend them
Mathew is an outstanding agent. He has a great understanding of the local market and gave me excellent feedback after each open house. He brings a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to his work and, with the help of his very professional team, he made selling relatively painless.
Matthew and his team provided great knowledge of the area and helped me secure the best price for my house. They were great at communicating throughout the entire process especially as I'm currently living a few hours away. They helped make a very stressful and emotional sale less overwhelming and provided me with great advice on what needed doing to get the best sale price. Bryar helped organise all the renovations and supervise that everything was going to plan. This made everything run smoothly especially since I wasn't there in person. Im am very greatful to Matthew for the final sale price he secured. I would highly recommend Matthew Carvalho and his team for anyone wanting a professional and supportive sale journey.
Matthew was exceptional throughout the whole process, he brought strong buyers to our property from day one of the campaign and this made the sale of our home a stress free process. Would 100% recommend Matthew to other vendors.
Matthew and his team worked hard to get our result, professional, well organised, easy communication. Would be happy to work with Matthew again.
Matt’s extensive knowledge of the market and local buyers was helpful in guiding us through a successful campaign. Matt’s team were responsive, provided regular updates, and were sensitive to the challenges of a vendor with a small family. Bryar, Matt’s operations manager, complements Matt skills perfectly, her support in preparing our home for sale was very appreciated.
Matthew and his team did an amazing job with the sale of my property. I would highly recommend the Ray White team.
Matthew is a warmhearted, communicative sales agent, his advice is always helpful. No matter what you want to buy or sell, he is really a good candidate. Moreover, he is fairly professional. The communication is really pleasant.
Matthey recently sold my house in Glebe, he demonstrated exceptional market knowledge and professionalism. He guided pricing effectively and facilitated a quick and smooth selling process. I highly recommend Matthew and his team for anyone looking to sell their property in the area
We had an amazing expereince with Matthew, George and the team selling our property at Glebe. Everything was so easy and swift from the beginning all the way to the end. Matthew had great knowledge of the area and his price guide for our property was on the money. The entire team was extremely professional, puntucal and easy to work with and they all provided an excellent customer service. All in all, very happy with the experience and sales result. Would highly recommend Matthew, George and his team.
Matt is a fantastic agent. He took the time to understand our property needs and goals and invested in building a good relationship with us. Matt has a strong knowledge of the inner city market and was able to guide us through the sale process well, communicating with us clearly and openly and helping us understand what was happening with our campaign week on week. We had a very tight timeframe in which to sell and Matt’s strong marketing, negotiating and communication skills helped us sell on auction day and at a price we were happy with. We highly recommend Matt and his Team.
