I have known Matt for the last 4 years, in the capacity as a buyer at the time. Today's review is from the perspective of a seller. I chose Matt & RW because of the good experience we had dealing with Matt as a buyer 4 years ago. I figured that as he managed our expectations very well at the time, as a buyer, he would apply those same skills to our prospective buyers this time around. Matt has a cheerful personality, was communicative and followed up on all enquiries and reported back in good time. Matt's team were all over the sales process and and moved to take action quickly to provide tradesmen to paint & sand the floors and decorate the property ready for viewing. December probably isn't the best month to put the property to auction and due to 2 last minute buyer withdrawals, he postponed the auction for a further 2 weeks. Un-deterred, Matt re-set the auction for 2 weeks later, which was successful even with only 1 committed bidder. Matt did a great job in extracting the maximum amount from the sole buyer. Given the circumstances, he did a terrific job. I'd recommend Matt & his team if you want to get an excellent result selling your property
