I am so glad I chose Matthew to sell my property. On our first meeting he spent 2 hours with me and my personal adviser discussing the procedure of holding an auction. He didn't just sign me up - he continued liaising with me every week with another 2 visits and telephone calls every Wednesday night with updates of prospective buyers etc. over the 6 weeks of preparation for the auction.
