Matthew from RichardMatthews is the agency that you want to go to if you want to sell your property at high price. It was a long journey for us to sell the house from conception to auction, it took almost 2 years due to various reasons but Matthew was very professional, giving good advises throughout the years. Matthew's team was very professional, his team is delicated and I was in loop during the entire process. I went through 3 different agents and 2 of them advised private sale, only RM advised to go auction, other agents would not have achieved anything near the result that RM has given us, they've left no money behind like they've promised. At the end the property was sold more than 10% over the reserved price, (and the reserved price was reasonably high), we couldn't be happier.
