The team at Buxton had some challenges with this one. - The unit was tenanted for a further 6 months - Buxton were not managing the property - A quick sale was required to suit our needs to purchase the property we were living in which we were given 60 days notice to vacate - The unit was a Stratum title which means the banks require a 15% deposit. This knocked out the first home buyer market - The Body Corporate had printed misleading information regarding water leaks. This deterred a number of interested parties We received critical advice in regards to keeping the tenant on side and could not have been happier with the marketing strategy. The flat had never looked better! There was a grim period soon after the auction but this was soon turned around and the unit sold above our reserve price. We had constant feedback via emails and phone calls outside business hours which displayed great commitment. We could not be happier with the outcome and are extremely grateful to both Matthew Pillios and David Seeber for their efforts. We will be speaking very highly of Buxton Real Estate who delivered for us under difficult circumstances.

Matthew from Buxton, Hampton East was quite a find. He shows such enthusiasm which I found quite impressive. He assisted in matters that I didn't think a real estate agent would be involved in. He organized furniture movements, communicated with a lawyer for the Section 32, and other things that alleviated the pressure on me having to undertake such matters.
