From the first enquiry with Matthew Zuccon he was extremely helpful. He was not trying to force me to purchase the property but instead took the time to listen to my current situation and what I was indeed looking for. He allowed me to re inspect the property at a time that suited us both. Matthew went out of his way to spend time allowing me to bring my vehicle (which is quite high) into the underground parking area and into the lock up garage which formed part of the sale of this apartment. I enquired about an offer prior to the auction which he agreed to ask the vendor and the offer was accepted. Would I buy another property through Matthew Zuccon at Belle?? Absolutely. Would I contact Matthew FIRST if I was intending to sell this or any other property in the future?? Absolutely. Having been a Real Estate Agent some years ago now, I have a very good handle on genuine and real verses pushy and painful. Genuine, Real, Honest, Friendly and simply a nice guy to deal with.
