Matthew Zuccon performed his duties as a capable, caring and considerate mediator between myself, the potential buyers and the tenants residing in the properties. This wasn't an easy task because 2 properties were being sold together. All parties were kept well informed about the sale process. Matthew spent a deal of time contacting possible buyers as well as coordinating open houses with myself and the tenants in the properties. I received significant feedback regarding interest in the properties and could make a calculated decision regarding my position, and price point to be achieved, as the Vendor.
