No bullshit kid what was expected

I could not speak more highly of Max. A consummate professional with a strong suit in communication and rapport. Max was someone who contacted me occasionally to discuss the Gold Coast market - and always seemed a very good observer of trends and expectations of where the market would go. Naturally, when it was time to sell Max was the obvious choice. Max set realistic but optimistic expectations on the sale price - and moved quickly to court multiple buyers - and eventual sale price was 10% above advertised within a week of listing. As a seller you cannot ask for more than that. I would also note Max’s post-sale work has been excellent, liaising and organising with the accounts team for a very smooth transition up to and including settlement day. Would give 6 stars if I could - have worked with many and he is the best of the best in my mind.

After years of unobtrusive contact regarding selling my investment unit the time came to go to the market. To be honest I had been disappointed with a previous sale through a different Ray White agency but still felt this could be a good fit. Max impressed me at every stage of this process. We were able to discuss and agree upon all the steps required to sell quickly and for a good price. Max was always easy to communicate with, highly professional and in my opinion obviously a very decent guy. I enjoyed the whole experience and I have bought and sold many times previously. The sale only took 8 days from listing on realestate.com to signed contract. 21 days later we're settled. Thanks Max for not letting me down in any way. I'm sure you are going to impress a lot of people in your chosen career.

I was so grateful to have Max just sold a unit in the same block as mine a few weeks before I listed my unit. With the runs on the board, I knew Max was the right agent to sell my property. Max communication was absolutely above and beyond, he was so informative and polite in every communication. Although Max was a bit shocked when I set to the price on my unit. I think he was even more shocked when it was achieved within eight days of listing, and achieve a record price in my street for a 2 + 1. My wife and i recently purchased a unit on the Gold Coast from Max Kenny at Ray White Surfers Paradise .From our first conversation with Max we found him polite ,honest and well informed on the property we were interested in buying, and also the surrounding area . He kept us informed on the progress of the purchase and also put us onto a solicitor ( who were also excellent ) who made everything seamless for us.We reside in NSW and having Max doing all our footwork for us in regards to the tenant ,seller and solicitor made our whole experience enjoyable and re assuring.
