Max doesn't have a used car salesman bad habit of talking a client to death. I found him diligent and hard working. He will tell you the truth while remains positive. You can trust him and that is hard to find in Estate agents. I hope he doesn't change. I highly recommend Max.

Max is really easy to deal with and helped the negotiations of purchasing the property moving forward. I would have appreciated more info about the building after-sale, maybe a package with phone numbers, contacts for electricity, gas, etc. but, apart from that, I will be definitely happy to reuse or recommend Max.
I recently sold my apartment in Broadbeach through Max Kenny of Ray White Surfers Paradise. I met Max on a number of occasions prior to listing my unit as he had sold a number of apartments in my building. When Max came to see me regarding the sale of my apartment, he proposed the auction method. Max took me through the program using realestate.com and domain and explained to me how he negotiates and communicates with prospective buyers from initial inquiries to face to face inspections. As a result we had over 30 inspections of my apartment in 4 weeks and had 5 registered bidders come auction day. On the auction day the auctioneer was Andrew Bell with 30+ years of experience who was very professional and his experience was invaluable. I am certain that without Max and the team of Ray White Surfers Paradise and the competitive bidding on auction day that i wouldnt have sold my property for what it went for. It sold for $522,500 which was well over my reserve price. In fact i had another local agent quote me saying my property was only worth $475,000. Max assured me it was worth more and i am so grateful for Max's effort.
