Max was and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We initially contacted Max regarding a property that we were interested in, in a building that we really liked. We were a bit late to the party on that one as there were already offers on it and Max was confident that it would be sold by end of day, and it was. We explained that we liked the building and its position and asked if he had any more, similar listings. He hadn’t, but he had been in contact with a couple that he had sold a unit to, several years ago. They were considering selling but had put the idea on hold. Max asked us if we would mind him contacting the owners and seeing if they had thought any more about selling and if so, would they mind if he showed us through. They agreed and the rest is history. A deal was negotiated and we now live in our new home. If it wasn’t for Max’s knowledge and excellent customer service, we may have never been able to buy our unit as it was purchased “off market”. Obviously the previous owners trusted Max through previous dealings and were confident to use his services again. Nothing was too hard for him and he answered all of our questions honestly and confidently. If he didn’t know something he would make inquiries and get back to us.
