Maxine was very professional in the dealings with the sale of the house. She gave good advise on repairs that needed to be done prior to sale and was quick to organise the appropriate trades. Maxine kept us up to date with prospective buyers and advised us the whole way through on what she felt were realistic goals. I would recommend Maxine and her staff as a profession group to deal with.

I was lucky enough to purchase my first home through Maxine Bowman in Griffith. Maxine made me feel comfortable from the first phone call right through to purchasing the home. I had been searching in Griffith for some time and was living in Wagga while house hunting - she was flexible and worked around my schedule from the first inspection. After my offer was accepted, Maxine and the vendors were kind enough to offer me another look through the property before settlement so that my parents (who live away) and my partner could both see our new home. It was a lovely experience where we were also able to meet the vendors in person and know that the people we were buying off, and the agent conducting the sale, were happy for us and excited for our first home purchase.
