As it was first time selling a property I felt there was not enough communication after the sale to advise me the process going forward. I was impressed with the marketing material for my property, especially the internet advertising.
Selling a house in a depressed market is a challenge in itself. With Griffith having gone through droughts, followed by political issues on water supply from the Murray-Darling Basin and export challenges following the 2009 Global Financial Crisis, it is little wonder growth was stalled in a once bustling township. The last 3 - 5 years saw a fall in house prices that no-one was prepared for. We moved from town 4 years ago to pursue new endeavors and knowing a depressed housing market was going to hinder the sale of our family home we elected to have Maxine act as property manager for us. Her team secured a continual flow of rental income, and an almost seamless transition between changes in tenancies during this period, not to mention the rigorous screening processes she used to ensure the right tenants were made available to us. Finally late last year (2015) Maxine's continual diligence secured for us a buyer to take on the home we built. A heart felt Thank-you goes out to Maxine and her girls. They have done a great job for us.

Overall Maxines service was fantastic, she is a sales woman and great at her job. However I wish a more in depth Evaluation of the property was carried out before the market price was set. After moving into the property, we realized the air conditioner didn't work properly; toilet leaked from the floor inside; stove vent not working; Antenna not working; ..carpet filthy but covered with furniture so it was hidden, .. a lot of little things that have turned out quite costly! Things we should have been made aware of prior to purchasing the property. In hindsight the property/home was not worth the market price we paid - but that's a good sales person.

All round great Realestate both rental & sales. I have been a landlord of Bowman & Graham and they have been delightful to deal with.
