Maxwell is one of the best young men I have dealt with within the realestate industry. Our sale was dealt with professionally in all aspects. He was always accessible & obliging with any questions we had. Will definitely deal with Maxwell again for future realestate needs.

Maxwell does not demonstrate attention to detail when it comes to contracts of sale, which is fundamental to an Agents role. Multiple errors have resulted in our family loosing thousands of dollars in additional legal fees to correct these errors. The Office of Fair Trade have also been informed and will be investigating further his practice. Unfortunately, Maxwell is 'not in a position to provide compensation', despite receiving huge commission for the sale. Buyers and Sellers beware!!!!

It was our first property, so we didn't know well about the process, he helped us very well, and became a good guider. It was amazing journey even though some unexpected things happened (just usual things). Hopefully someday we will be able to contact him again to buy the second house :)
