Maxwell is a super nice guy who is genuinely likeable. Our buyer must've liked him too because we got the price we wanted in a 4 week campaign. We have sold a few properties now and realise how much contact you have to have with your agent and at times honest and direct chats, but no need with sale and this agent. Maxwell respected our position as realistic sellers and made sure our expectations were met. The property was sold numerous times but we had issues with valuers not valuing up the property but we eventually got there in the end and still a price beyond my expectations (and well above what the valuers valued it at!).
