Very professional at everything that was said & done

I first met Mel at a property viewing for a different property. At the time she mentioned that she was also showing a different one nearby a little later that day. I absolutely adored the property. Mel's communication style is matter of fact. She doesn't use jargon, except where it's necessary and then explains it: I am a first home buyer and my knowledge of the process is bad. More importantly for me, Mel was able to get a price that was mutually agreeable *and* ensure I was able to get vacant possession of the property so I could move in when ready. I am so pleased with how this worked. It would not have gone anywhere near as well if Mel had not worked hard to get me to understand. I probably would have fallen through if it was anybody other than Mel. Honestly, she's been amazing and I have nothing but praise for her. Thank you so very much, Mel!
