This house hold many memories and selling was never an option. Also, I'm of 90+ years of age so there was no way I could move my things or make way for opens. However the upkeep of this house was too much for me. I saw Melinda and David opening a house on an adjacent street and we got talking. They were lovely and personable. I was very impressed at their drive and professionalism and invited them to my house afterwards. I asked them to be my selling agents but later changed my mind as the thought of relocating was just too much for me. They were very understanding and gracious about it and never pressured me into selling. That house ended up selling for a street record and the owner's son was beyond words at auction.
