Melinda is a professional, honest, trustworthy and hardworking agent. She had managed our rental property and was able to get excellent tenants immediately after it was available for rent. We intended to sell the property last year but had decided to postpone because people kept on telling us that the property market was slowing down and we were worried that it was going to take time to sell and we won't get good price for it. This year we decided to take the chance and put the property on the market. Melinda advised us to get the unit refreshed to make it more presentable and to increase its value. My neighbour sold a property and I was disappointed with the result so I thought I'd do my research before deciding on an agent. We interviewed a handful of agents, some who promised a lot for next to no effort which was great for us but they did not provide us comfort as to how they will achieve it. We were recommended Melinda and she was just so different with how she treated us! She gave us a realistic price and made a lot of sense! She understood what we wanted and guided us in the whole process. When we were given offers after 1 inspection that were substantially higher than what we had originally wanted and Melinda advised us to expect better offers, we followed her advice. On Sunday night, the day after the first open, Melinda came to our home with an offer we would never have imagined. And that's the street record of $660,000. I build relationships with good people I come across. And Melinda is one such person I will always keep in touch with. Our property was good. Melinda's work was great.
