My neighbour sold a property and I was disappointed with the result so I thought I'd do my research before deciding on an agent. We interviewed a handful of agents, some who promised a lot for next to no effort which was great for us but they did not provide us comfort as to how they will achieve it. We were recommended Melinda and she was just so different with how she treated us! She gave us a realistic price and made a lot of sense! She understood what we wanted and guided us in the whole process. When we were given offers after 1 inspection that were substantially higher than what we had originally wanted and Melinda advised us to expect better offers, we followed her advice.
