Luke prides himself on his communication and negotiation skills. Luke was born and raised in Perth and has an extensive understanding of the Perth Metro market. He has completed a bachelor's degree in management and has almost 15 years' experience working in the industry as an active licensed real estate agent. Since 2010 he has worked through the major changes that have occurred in the Western Australian market. His experience, knowledge and passion for selling property in our northern suburbs has contributed to a loyal client following that he has built over the years. With his expertise in maximizing marketing campaigns, his transparent negotiating skills and his empathetic approach to all is what sets him apart. Great Pleasant and Helpful Agent

Luke assisted in selling our family home which was very precious to us all. After meeting with Luke we knew he was the person to sell our house, as he showed a high level of professionalism, was very knowledgeable and has great interpersonal skills. He understood exactly what we wanted! He kept us up to date on the whole process throughout the sale. He was very patient and accomodating, he definitely went above and beyond for us. Genuine & Personable Agent

When deciding to proceed with the sale of our property we intended to obtain an initial appraisal from One Agency as well as 2 other agents who operate locally. However after meeting Luke from One Agency, we both agreed that he met the requirements of an agent with whom we would be happy. Our gut feelings were completely satisfied. Luke was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale and kept us informed on every step in the process on almost a daily basis. Our expectation was that our property would be on the market for at least 3-4 months, so we were exceptionally pleased that Luke was able to present us with offers within 10 days of it being advertised and negotiated a successful sale over the following 24 hours. We found Luke to be a very genuine and likeable person and would have no hesitation in engaging his services again or recommending him to other prospective customers.

Honest and Clear

Luke was attentive, flexible, always available on the phone, provided good and quick feedback. We never had to chase Luke for anything. Luke was honest (to the extent of our ability to assess his honesty) about the situation pertaining to the sale of this property. He was open and honest regarding our rights during the purchase process and was always helpful. Even after the sale was completed, Luke was flexible with arranging the key handover and continued to be available to us.

Very professional and personable agents

During the selling process we were kept up to date the entire time with interest and updates along the way. Team Branton will always go the extra mile (even to Perth Airport late at night) to secure a deal and negotiate the best selling price available for your property. Very glad we sold with Team Branton

Recently sold with Team Branton and were very glad we did. We invited three sales representatives to give an apprasial, two were spot on with their advice, one of these were Team Branton. Jayde and Melissa won us over with their presentation, as we felt that they could give us the attention we needed. They were at all times very easy to communicate with and we felt confident that they were working hard behind the scenes to get the best outcome for us. Selling your most valuable asset can be a long process and I felt encouraged and reassured by the support they continually gave to us.
